Capabilities
Our screw machine department is where MMP started and has various types of machines and bar diameter capacities. We run all metals and plastics, to demanding quality control standards and specifications.
- Brown & Sharpe Screw Machines
- 29 screw machines including some equipped with LIPE Automatic Bar Feeds. Others have conventional feeds, and we have dedicated secondary machines.
- Index Screw Machines
- A C19, C29, and two B60's make up our Index department with bar capacities to 2.375" [60mm]
- Hardinge and Brown & Sharpe Hand Screw Machines
- We can handle the small runs too with our hand screw machine department with 4 hand screw machines with bar capacities to 1.5" [38mm]
