Murphy Machine Products is committed to providing its customers with quality products and services that meet or exceed the customer's expectations every time, all the time, and at a fair price.   To accomplish this goal each employee has the responsibility and authority to stop any process producing substandard products or services.  The authority to stop such process shall be exercised through the designated organizational channels. It is a further objective of the company to continuously improve the quality of it's products and services.

Company Profile

Since 1965, MMP has been a quality manufacturing job shop that provides its customers with automatic screw machining, CNC turned products, CNC machining center work, center-less grinding and a complete secondary service, including light assembly, and passivation.  The company is now ISO-9000 and AS-9000 registered by U.L. (Underwriters Laboratories)  and will constantly be upgrading our quality registrations.  Currently we are seeking to upgrade to ISO-9001-2000 and AS-9100.  We machine metals and plastics to demanding close tolerance customer specifications.

MMP is an active member with the TMA (Tooling and Manufacturing Association)

MMP's manufacturing capabilities are augmented by a complete Quality Assurance Department, Engineering, IT, and a dedicated professional staff.

MMP can provide customers with FMEA's, PPAP's, SPC data and charts, and other documentation as required.   All our gauging and QA instrumentation is routinely checked and calibrated traceable to NIST.

A specialty of MMP is the production of custom hardened and ground pins.   MMP produces these pins for some of the largest OEM's in the country.   We can do the same for  your application.
