We utilize top to the line swiss style CNC equipment that can produce tight tolerance, small parts in very high quantities.

​By utilizing swiss machines, screw machines, robotics, gantry loaders, bar feeders, and parts accumulators, we can handle volumes is excess of 1,000,000 pieces per year.

We have experience with assemblies ranging from simple press-fit products up to full electronic box builds.  We can also design and build test equipment to functionally test your products.

With nearly 100 turning centers, Consolidated Machine & Tool can tackle turned parts from .080” to 48” in diameter.

Mill-Turns can create complex parts in a single operation, maximizing repeatability and quality.

We offers 3, 4 & 5-Axis milling. Our mills are capable of making parts from .5” cubed, up to 20' long.

Horizontal machining centers with pallet changers are capable of mass producing complex milled parts in a cost effective manner.

We offer EDM services for parts needed to be formed by using electrical discharges, primarily for harder and conductive materials.

CMT's certified welders can handle difficult jobs to create complex, fabricated assemblies that are tested and ready to use.

Our facilities can produce finished products, primed, painted and ready to install.
